Over the last couple of years, teens have experienced an overwhelming amount of trauma and stress. Through the impact of various societal challenges, drastic life changes, and social isolation, our generation’s youth need healing now more than ever.

Rebalance is Here for Them

Rebalance is a specialized program designed for young individuals who may have encountered notable challenges in their lives. Our initiative, guided by skilled coaches, is dedicated to cultivating essential life skills through engaging activities and RoundTables that utilize the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) approach. Our efforts aim to address difficulties, like anxiety and general distress, fostering a sense of hope and resilience, particularly for participants who have experienced ongoing challenges.

What is Rebalance?

Rebalance is a community based program to help struggling youth. This isn't therapy but it is a community based program to stimulate change. We teach use highly interactive games and activities to equip them with necessary skills to succeed. This program has been proven, through a University research program, to increase student's Self Awareness, Self Control, Social Awareness, Decision Making Skills and Relationship Skills.

Trust Based Relational Intervention

Youth are placed in a group of 5-10 other youth. In that group they will be matched with 2 adults who will use Trust Based Relationships to equip youth with the calm-down techniques and skill that will help them improve their mental heatlh.

Who is this For?

Youth can be referred to this program by a counselor, court, or school. Youth can also sign up directly to the program.

This program is geared for middle and high school aged youth. Some class times might be limited by age or gender.

How Long is the Program

The full Rebalance program is 12 sessions long. Students who complete at least 10 sessions will receive a graduation certificate. Enrollment is open so you may start at any time. Rebalance is hosted at City Impact 1035 N. 33rd Street, Lincoln, NE 68503
